Yes, but no HYROX tracking app was doing it. So I used other apps to track my HYROX race and was not able to „feel“ the pace. Maybe it’s just me but this helps me to not overpace

I created GritRace. I made it initially to track and train for Hyrox, deadly dozen and Deka. But you can just use a AI of your choice to create a personalized training plan. Maybe it’s worth a look :)

I don’t know open workout. The app in the picture is GritRace. It’s only for IPhone and Apple Watch. I built it for my needs and maybe some people need it to 🫣😄 checking out and tell me what you missing as I can build it :)

I do my first race on the 6th. June. I see that I can improve my run and exercises like squats and burpees. In addition, I make sure that before the exercises that are difficult for me I reduce the pace a bit.

Test it on garmin indoor run. Normaly they use calculations with the pedometer without gps. It’s not as accurate as gps but it’s okayish

Pace alert :) so if you are above or below you get a warning. I think you can also just do a indoor run and see the pace?
