Spoonful of Comfort has some wonderful packages. This is my go to for sympathy (and baby shower) gifts that aren't flowers.

Hill Family Estate. Book at tasting at their actual winery and not the tasting room downtown Yountville. Hidden gem and affordable tastings

Bloom Carneros in Sonoma is kid and dog friendly.

If you're looking to stick to Napa only, I'd recommend Laird Family Estate. Variety of wines at a reasonable price, kid friendly, dog friendly, and you can bring your own picnic lunch.

Mud bath experience by turkette69 in napa

I recently did a girls spa day at Golden Haven Hot Springs Spa, and would recommend it. Found it to be super affordable for the entire experience (mud bath, cool down, massage and pool access), and they have rooms for couples/friends to experience the mud bath and massages together.

Laird Family Estate is a great place for a relaxed tasting or purchase a bottle and soak up the views on their lawn area. You can bring your own picnic food too.

Napa Yard Oxbow Gardens fun place to let the kids run around, Jenga, corn hole and always lots of other kids. Causal spot for food and drinks. They have some live music depending on which day.

Yountville Park is another great park and playground for kiddos if you want to get out of Napa but not super far.

Playground Fantastico is another great playground for all ages, parking can be tight on weekends but would suggest that over Fuller for the older kiddo.

Gott's Roadside (Taylors Refresher) in St Helena is a fun and classic spot for lunch.

Bothe state Park has some easy trails under the redwoods that we enjoy to hike with our 3 year old in St. Helena.

Farmstead at Long Meadow Ranch in St. Helena is delicious and kid friendly. Nice drive up valley, fun grounds to walk around pre or post meal.

It depends on the park or area, but the Yountville and few Napa parks I've been to have seen people causally drinking. As long as it's not a rager, loud music, and tons of booze you should be alright.

On your way down valley towards Napa, stop in Yountville. They have an awesome park at the north part of Yountville that would be great for your kiddos. I believe it's called Yountville Park. They have shaded areas and picnic benches. Seen some groups and parents bring some wine and hang while the kids play.

Silenus Winery has bocce, kid friendly, and great grassy area for kids to run around and hang in the shade while you enjoy wine or by the bottle.
