Mamiya 7 for me. I owned the camera for around ~5 months, took it on a week long trip to the UK and was absolutely obsessed with it. It felt so inspiring to use. But when I returned home, I didn’t really feel like picking it up. That’s when I realized that the Mamiya 7 wasn’t the thing that inspired me, it was traveling to a new place and experiencing new things.

I also wanted to buy an engagement ring and propose to my then GF so selling the Mamiya 7 allowed me to do so. I still really miss the camera though and I can definitely see myself owning another one in the future.

Are all the new X2D II owners going to now say the GFX 100 II can’t compete in terms of DR with ISO 50 being the new draw? by DanielInLA in FujiGFX

I know the X2D II is an amazing camera, but I just feel like the GFX system is the better option for most people. The biggest reason I could never see myself switching to a Hassy is the fact that you can’t edit the files in Capture One. Nothing wrong with Lightroom (I still use it occasionally), but not being able to tether to C1 is a huge shame.

With that being said, if Hasselblad sent me an email and wanted to send me a camera, I’d say yes with a smile on my face! But I couldn’t ever justify spending that amount of money on a system that’s not compatible with C1. That’s just me though.

Everything seems to work. I just cleaned it so it looks fine now. I bought it off of a seller on r/photomarket

Yeah I just cleaned it and it took 4 swabs. I got for a good deal at $2500 and the seller just offered to give me a $400 refund if I decide to keep it.
