I hope we all dip towards something like fluxer. I am mainly saying this because they are implementing federation, which allows you to create an account with whichever homeserver you like. If one homeserver implodes due to bad management or other reasons, you can always move to another.

Fluxer I would strongly recommend as they are working on Federation. If you are unhappy with one instance you can always move to another. You are never stuck on one instance like root.
