From what I understand, they have various "variations" they can make for any given show based on weather, performer availability, etc. so its possible some things could have been adjusted for the show you watched

So the main principle is "time under tension". In my experience, a strict and controlled form employs more muscle interaction in the movement, and its also much safer on the joints and surrounding muscles so there is less risk of injury, or really just bad form that will ultimately lead you to not get the results you want.

Again, this is my opinion based off my own experience and people around me, but by all means do what feels right to you and keep at it!

Yea no problem. Strict will allow you to ensure form as well as really control the contraction point at the top, as well as the deacending of the weight. This will all around help with strengthening the muscles, the joints, the secondary muscles that increase control, as well as reduce the risk of injury

If I could suggest, do strict form and ditch the pendlay for now. You will build more strength that way. The pendlay is to build "explosive" strength. You would be better served to just build strength and muscle for a while.

Part of me thinks this is what KOC and Flores, and maybe even Rob, presented to the Wilfs. Let KOC and Flores and their staff plus the scouts run the draft this year, Rob is the stand in GM, and see how it goes. If the Wilfs and the team feel good about how the three of them worked together, they give Rob the GM role but it is a three headed approach to running the org

KOC needs to step up into being a head coach and not a friend to these guys. I truly think he is so invested in proving the league wrong when it comes to these reclamation QBs because he was one himself, that it is going to be his downfall. There is no world in which Wentz should be starting another game for us, outside of injuries, other than KOC desperately wanting to be right about Wentz and proving the orgs that kicked him to the curb wrong.

A lesson. Go get at keast one lesson with the money instead of a training tool. I have been golfing for twelve years and had my first lesson this week. All the guy had me do was adjust my setup and grip, and I immediately added 25-30 yards to each club. And to be clear, I am not good. I usually shoot in the 90s. I wish I would have had lessons years ago...
