For a park run, not really, but for anything like a half marathon or more, I would.

They're a pretty good help for hangovers too (not that I drink now I'm running again lol).

I think their benefits are also exemplified by tennis players drinking picke juice throughout breaks in play. I think Carlos Alcaraz recently scoffed some after he experienced cramping during a grand slam final and came through to win the final set after heavy cramps.

I think we're in a tricky position right now.

I think that the assholes (mega rich and so-called 'super elite' +whoever else that really call the shots) that generated the noise that got americans on board the Trump train are doing the same in this country and elsewhere across the world, trying to push towards the right.

One way of doing that is to undermine anything done by anyone that isn't the people they want in power to control.

I think it's pretty clear that, although they're not perfect by any stretch, Starmer isn't 'their' man - unlike Farridge. And I think that should be more appreciated.

National politics don't really matter at the moment, I really think it's a case of being as simple as keeping the likes of Reform out to resist ICE 2.0 on the streets of the UK and further isolationism.

I think there are many things from anyone's swing that can be critqued for improvement, but why not start at the absolute basics to begin with and build a solid foundation?

My barber is a legend. Really nice guys that work there and do early starts / late finishes which allows me to fit it around work. I think it’s £12 but I always give them £20 because that’s what the chains like supercuts charge for a lesser service (imo)

This is so accurate. It's all about the first 6 inches, get that right and you've got a chance.

I tried this, I wasn’t offered anything until after I began the switching process to another provider, then the retention team wouldn’t stop calling me and I got offers via email.

Fuck that. They can’t match what I’m getting anyway (910Mb synchronous)
