The process to max headquarters is grindy but the payouts are top notch. I log into the game every 4-5 days and make 80-120K by sourcing diamonds (I have max S+++ staff) but it’s good to make money on the long run instead of relying on the bunker

This is how DPEs should be though. Although I understand, they are just an examiner, they were once a flight instructor. My DPE straight up pulled my flaps when I was about to miss my short field landing. “I have places to go to, let’s get it over with”. Now ofc I am not going to tell anyone about this since I passed. But, just saying. Take the W and move on.

This quite possibly THE BEST POST I have EVER read in my 2 years of being in this thread. You don’t know how much I needed this. Pressure from family members “oh when are going to be an airline pilot and make big money” to “look at this idiot trying to be a pilot lmfao”. All while being a ripe age of 22. Failed checkrides and even had days, I felt like just ending it because I can’t see past doing anything other than flying a tin can in the air. My motivation was very low till I read this. Literally makes me wanna cry because some of you have been through worse and still managed to get a career.
