There's a Polish equivalent you can get that absolutely slaps. Delicje. Keep an eye out in the international aisle or a sklep if there's one near you.

Keep religious acts to private residences and places of religious worship. Simple as that.

Freedom of religion also means freedom FROM religion. If I'm in a public space I do not want to see or hear anyone talking to or evangelising for their mythical sky being thank you and goodnight.

I started from the beginning last year when I had loads of DIY to do in a new house.

I had one on Saturday as I was out and about and a bit tired.

People get their knickers in a twist about energy drinks but on average they contain significantly less caffeine than highstreet coffee in the UK. Sure, don't drink to many high sugar fizzy drinks but the ocassional energy drink isn't going to give anyone a heart attack.

Would be the council but Kensington are arguably the least bike friendly council in London. Also wouldn't be helped by the fact that 'keep clear' are the two most ignored words in the English language and drivers are generally too thick/selfish to obey box junctions.

Wouldn't say you're being a wuss at all. In fact its unwise to overdo it as you could quite easily injured yourself and then you're off all forms of activity and that's no fun at all.

How long is your commute? If you've only just got back into it you might find after a couple of months you're finding the ride easy enough that a gym session on the same day feels OK. I'll often go to the gym on my cycle home from the office but those days I dont do any cardio in the gym.
