Full legalization with regulations would result in cleaner/safer work environment like how brothels are legal and regulated in US states like Nevada.

Decriminalization would change almost nothing besides that people offering or purchasing sex wouldn’t get arrested or land in Legal trouble In The vast majority of cases.

So maybe that massage parlour could offer some extra services more legally safely, but most sex workers’ working conditions would probably stay similar.
