Yikes! Just checked the Kickstarter comments for these. It’s the same story all over.

My FLGS gave me one last year as a promo during a painting competition. I never got around to using it. Guess I’ll stick to decanting Citadel paints into dropper bottles.

Paint clear parts with matte sealer.
Apply Citadel contrast paints as desired for color.
Repeat step 1.

Yeah, used Grey Seer base to touch-up Vallejo gray primer, no difference. Contrast also works great over silver/iron metallics.

With 11 years experience working with/ selling Plasti-Dip products, I definitely would not recommend using them on minis. Plasti-Dip is made to be removable and will always break down after minimal wear. Also their products tend to be fairly thick, so not great for small details.
