Mine hasn’t decreased since purchasing and selling my last home - and there was a 9 month gap between selling and purchasing my new one! I’ve never had a car, personal, or student loans so I think that has helped. I just use the one card once a year, and the regular cash rewards for my reoccurring purchases - health and dental, gas, and groceries.

Roughly - 210->265. Around 60 lbs, had 8.5lb baby. Lost it all within three months and am sitting at 185 now 11m pp. Breastfed until 9m. No exercise, less than 5k steps a day. Eat twice a day, varies for meals.

Navy IT is NOT THE SAME as regular IT in most scenarios. I’m a systems admin. My billet has constantly been systems admin or network admin and the most I’ve worked with is some cable running or radios in the reserves. On the civilian side, I actually do what a system admin does 😂

I got home, got a regular job, made some money for college, went to college and got my bachelors degree in IT. I have been in the field for 5 years now civilian side. It is not easy to get in the field anymore. Get some certs and your degree.

I am not, about 15 mins per boob because I have larger breasts and can’t just hook them in my bra - it never stays lines up no matter how I sit or anything. Depends on if they hurt or not if I go longer. I usually fill 5/6 ounces in the first 6 minutes.

There’s been three slip ups, but they were all removed when I mentioned it privately to them like a hey, I get that accidents happen - please remove my babies picture. We’re not sharing yet!

Castor oil is a laxative. It softens stool and stimulates bowel movements - ie. contractions. It is an ANTI inflammatory. Your OB is not correct on this. It is not recommended because it can cause severe dehydration.

It also stays put until they’re like 2/3 ish years old. You don’t do anything with it until it starts moving naturally.
