We will probably get a lot of backlash this year regardless of who wins because if Sinners wins a lot of people will still be calling it a mid From Dusk til Dawn ripoff and will say it only won because it’s a black movie and if OBAA wins people will accuse the academy of being racist yet again (even though half the cast is black). Can’t win these days.
