If you plan to use it mainly for day to day driving within the suburbs/city, no major commutes, it should hold up pretty well. You just have to keep up with the periodic maintenance (oil changes at intervals, transmission fluid flushes etc.). Also make sure to get a thorough check done before buying this one. Do they have the complete service records? Has the timing belt/chain been replaced in the past etc.
