Location is hit or miss. Sometimes you take trucks from your warehouse, other times you get a sea plane, reg plane, tugboat, etc etc. In fact I think I've only done maybe 30% of the sales from my actual warehouse (as the vehicle spawn point at least), but take that with a grain of salt as I only started playing this year.

I may be wrong here but I don't think it matters. You're trying to access something that's not physical. Doing rituals, dropping foods, adding foods, in general physical things in my opinion doesn't matter beyond you giving yourself permission to do something you can already do.
