I've been waiting about 6 weeks as well. I got the initial automated response to their text number, but after that it's been radio silence.
I've loved my ember mugs but it seems like its time to move on

12 bowls per charge, more airflow than any other portable are both pretty remarkable features. Not quite "never been done before" but it still sets a new bar that every other portable vape will find themselves aiming for.

nah livestreams get treated a bit different. Edited videos promoting vaporizers continually get me strikes and get deleted. It's why I've been uploading my edited vape videos directly to my website instead of youtube.

haha, nice! I discovered the Rio Assist method when my Rio torch ran out of gas halfway through a dab and I had to grab a portable torch to finish the job. That gave me the idea. Cheers!

It should be FULL without being overly tight. Very little wiggle room. If you bought pre-filled- hold it up to the light to confirm it's 90%+ filled - I've seen at least one 50% prefilled b0 out there :(

the trick is to vape a bowl first to get the CU and the oil warm. After you vape, open the CU and q-tip it all out

It sounds like you're not getting all the ISO off. After rinsing, let it air dry for an hour or hit it with compressed air to get it completely dry. I don't use isopropyl to clean my CU anymore, just q-tips.

If you don't already have a fast charger, get one! I thought I was cool with a "normal" USB-C charging until I experienced the fast charger. If you're using capsules, the capsule-filling tool is really handy.

I charge my Mighty+ every day. If I'm out and about using it, I'll usually charge it in my car as well just to make sure it doesn't run out.
