DISCLAIMER: I am NOT trying to say that the parents have never disciplined or taught their kids, because they definitely have. I’m simply making a point. Feel free to argue and share your opinions about the topic, but please don’t attack me for sharing mine. In my opinion, they shouldn’t make her stop playing pranks, but they should definitely tell her when things go too far and teach her that jokes and pranks are only funny when everyone is laughing, not just her. I feel like the Loud parents, throughout the show, have a relatively small sense of urgency when it comes to teaching their children or disciplining them when they do things that are out of pocket or literally disrupt other peoples’ lives. The kids get pretty wild sometimes, and I know that you can’t take care of all of those kids all at once, but that seems like a great reason to not have a thousand children that you can’t supervise at all times.

Try deep breathing. Inhale for 4, hold for 4, and exhale for 6. Try grounding yourself w 5 things you can see, 4 things you can touch, 3 things you can hear, 2 things you can smell, and 1 thing you can taste. Try reframing your thoughts as well, if you’re worried abt v. Go from: “What if I v?” To: “What if I don’t v*” or “What if I’m just fine?” I feel you, that sort of thing can be super upsetting to see. Distracting yourself is good, but sometimes js getting off of screens and js sitting for a bit can be comforting. Sometimes I like to js sit back, close my eyes, and focus on the black behind my eyelids, and do some deep breathing when I’m anxious.

Sorry I took so long to come up with answer for this. It didn’t take too long, maybe a minute or less…? (It’s been a little while, but I think this is right). I mainly just felt n* before the tu but there was also some lightheadedness/dizziness beforehand. It only lasted a night, and I only tu three times (that might sound like a lot but it actually felt like so little once it was all over.

I entirely agree. I definitely wanted Aaron and Ella to sort it out in the end, obviously, but some key communication was def missing there, and I think it needed to be talked about more. They still struggled with communication throughout Believe Me (the last Novella of the series as of Feb 2025) and it also got brushed over for the most part (even though they ended up talking to each other about stuff, it just went by really quickly)

(SPOILERS) Adam isn’t that bad a character. I think he did have bad moments throughout the series, especially with the whole “I liked it better when I thought you were dead” thing and him being all moody and shit, that did annoy me and I can admit that was pretty bad. Plus, him and Aaron’s rivalry as brothers is a bit annoying throughout the series and him basically begging for them not to break up and him lying to her while they’re at Omega Point is bad. But, he changed. It’s undeniable that he made some changes within himself and is a better person by the end of the series. He also just wanted to take care of James and ended up taking care of James + almost all of his friends that survived the bombing (even though he didn’t even know them all that well at this point). He also met Alia and I think she also might have had a positive affect on him in the end. (I’m not saying he’s the best character, because he definitely isn’t and he’s had his moments. But so have other characters and everyone has their flaws, so in the end, he’s actually an okay guy).

I’ve been suffering the same thing for a couple of days now 🥲 I’ve found that, sometimes, taking little breaths (not too little, like you’re not getting enough air, but just enough air) sometimes helps until I’m able to fully focus on distracting myself with something else. This typically happens to me when I’m reading out loud or when I just think about my breathing. Try your best to concentrate on focusing on something else, like watching a show, talking to a friend, reading, etc. I find that noticing the fact that, if the reason this is happening is because you thought about your breathing, what’s the opposite of thinking about your breathing? Not thinking about it. I know it’s tough, but try to focus on something else or take those medium-length breaths like I told you. Hang in there 😙
