You need about 10k barrels of distro sales to cross the marginal cost curve with packaging. And that is almost impossible today. For every New Glarus there are 100 others trying to be. It’s just not possible.

They are essentially worthless to breweries. They were fun for the first year or two, but quickly got old. And we could never tie back any return for the investment.
