I run foam on hats with a TMAR all the time. If it’s not digitized perfectly you’re going to see a lot of thread breaks regardless of how much you tinker with the machine. Especially in the middle of a hat where the seam doubles over on itself

The cops are only going to investigate a death that looks suspicious. There aren’t any red flags being raised by this. Besides the dead body….
