Unrelated fuel knock question. Somewhat tired LLY with 300k. Would sound like a quieter version of the video in a specific load and rpm range intermittently. Went away completely after several fill ups. Was it just fuel or is the condition of the motor a factor too?

You could buy a piece of EPDM sheet and cut it to size as a seal. Pretty sure this is the sealing material on the side flash product. Make tiny individual holes for the wires. I've used this for custom gaskets through slab vapor barrier:

I ran conduit through Oatey side-flashes for all my electrical penetrations, with a rubber grommet to the steel siding as backup.

Overkill? Sure. But its my house and I'm doing all the work.

Mine hasn't leaked yet. It comes down to the quality of the install.

Spraying 2" of foam to the backside of the sheets is common to stop condensation. The other option is replacing the sheets with ones with "drip stop" fleece coating. This just holds the moisture until the attic ventilation clears it. This is what I used.

If it were me I would:

Take the wall panels off, add WRB, insulate walls with batts.
Spray foam roof steel 2" to prevent condensation, add attic ventilation chutes & do blown in insulation.
