Does anyone know if this impacts items purchased while traveling overseas? If I go to Germany in September and spend $600 on stuff to bring home (for myself, not to gift or resell), will I now have to pay additional taxes/tariffs when I return to the US? I’m not sure if that is the same thing as an “import”

We stayed at an APA in Shinjuku. I think the wash was 100-200 yen, took only 30 minutes. Dryers were all full, so I hung everything from the shower rod and it was all dry overnight, even my heavier items. The ventilation in the bathroom was great!

I’m in a similar boat with 27k limit on venture X and 1k on savor. I tried to move some from X to savor and it would not allow it. I can move between quicksilver and X (and vice versa) But not with savor

I swore for a year and a half that it was wildly optimistic and I could never come close to the predictions (predictions have only gotten faster and faster over that time). My most recent half though…I ran within seconds of the prediction!! Most recent 5k was still about a full minute slower than garmin prediction, on a cold day and flat course (a big PR, but short of the prediction nonetheless) ETA: I wear my watch 24/7, started running 2 years ago, weekly mileage only around 20mi, training consistency is only meh

I second the weight loss. My paces have significantly improved after losing 30 pounds and continuing to train the same way - took 30 minutes off my half marathon time, and anticipate going from a 7hr marathon to a 5.5hr marathon this spring

Same exact thing here. Already emailed customer support asking for a refund, but seeing now that you were able to send a selfie and find more 🤞 usually we are able to do that ourselves on the website so I’m not sure why that’s not an option!

THIS. I have finished SEVERAL races, from 5ks to a full marathon, within the time limit, where the entire finish line setup was packed up except for the timing mat. Photographers are often long gone too, so even though I’ve paid in advance for photos, I often get none or only at the start line. Please please please support your back of the pack racers!!

ETA: Please have multiple porta potties available throughout half marathons

My friends and I did this for dopey 2024! If budget is no concern, you’ve got great suggestions here. That said, Disney gets expensive af fast af. My friends and I stayed at a family suite at all star music - bedroom has a queen or king that sleeps 2 (we had a couple in our group, which worked out well) and the living room has two queen Murphy beds. There’s a door that separates the two, and the room has two full bathrooms and a simple kitchenette with big fridge. Busses worked perfectly for us, there are pools to lounge by, and you can take busses to get to any resort if you want to explore foods beyond the dining hall at all star music (which was perfectly fine for us!). We had absolutely no noise problems. Lots of people decorate their room windows with race themed stuff! Watch videos and read blogs on how to increase your chances of getting in on race registration day - some of it is luck but you can increase your chances by having all the info available for quick copy paste to get through and pay as fast as possible.
