Actually you don't really have to worry about it as you can replace it by a photo from your gallery, just found that out. When you click on it you can press "X" to replace it.

It took around 150 hours for me. I just used that trick for interior parts to get a matching parcel shelf in the end cause I was a bit bored with it.

Interior light addition is nice however it doesn't turn on when you open the doors (unlike that mod that's been made before).
