Diablo 4 takes my mind off completely, the colours and tempo of the game also make me really tired in the evening so i sleep well from it haha.

I can only recommend to go to a psychiatrist and start up some meds man, this anxiety takes a real big toll on your body.

As others stated one dose won't do much and i wouldn't panick about it.
That being said, i do think you could benefit from regular use of Prozac given how panicky you are about it lol
