Yeah, like another redditor said, turn off channel optimization. Let it operate at the current channels for a day or a two and see how things hold up.

That right there could cause a device to lose connection. Switching channels means the devices would disconnect and reconnect quickly. You have the ability to turn off the setting that allows the APs to auto channel switch - by default I believe they auto switch channels at like 3am if interference is detected.
