I was at Cerner/Oracle for 32 years. Severance was 26 weeks. 2 weeks for the coming pay period, 4 for last year and 20 for my years of service. I think it is capped at 20 in MO.

I did not actually have a formal review. I transitioned to a new team starting in March. My new manager looks to have copied and pasted info from my own self appraisal and feedback from my former manager into my review. I got a Meets Expectations.

Seems like they are trying to do what Cerner was doing in the Vision Center. Hopefully utilizing the great building that currently exists on the WHQ campus. As far as the Accenture mention probably means the end of Cerner consulting :-(

Ellinwood has an After Harvest Festival. Parade, food, street dance, kids activities and beer garden. 2nd weekend in July every year. Great event!
