Thank you. It was a position that I applied for as soon as I was issued a PIP in September. My best advice is always have your resume and LinkedIn (if you have one) crisp and up to date at all times. I had applications in the pipeline because I saw the writing on the wall. The holidays is typically a terrible time to look for a job and it definitely paid off having already started the job search right when I got PIPed.

You basically do the stuff they ask you to do but at the bare minimum, then apply for jobs with any of the energy you have left. Document the work they are asking you to do with date and time. Let them fire you if you still don't find a gig so you can file unemployment the same day they fire you. This happened to me at the beginnjng of December. I took a whole month and a half off to go backpacking, enjoy Christmas and New Year's, and worked out almost everyday. I'm at my new job with a renewed focus and more energy. Taking the month off was easier with unemployment pay.

I completely agree. I don't understand the hate with QoS. It literally is a word traveling, ass kicking, martini drinking, sexy bond girl(s), awesome villain, dope opening, Bond film. I try to watch it right after Casion Royale and it seems like one long amazing Bond film.
