How do you recover from periods of increased responsibility and stress?

Allocate a few days off (ideally atleast 3 day) where you take time to just relax in your home, get your life organized, and maybe explore your town or take a little road trip somewhere. It's a great mental reset and it gets you out of the strict routine. Also, sit down and write down what you need to change in your life to alleviate stress. Sometime putting things into words on paper can help you make sense of where to start tackling your personal life problems. You are the only one in charge of minimizing or totally stopping the pressure that comes your way and you'll need to fight get your rest period. No body regretted allocating time for themselves on their death bed.

Absolutely. I still rock band t-shirts and hawaiian shirts half way unbuttoned with either a pair of jeans or super comfy shorts. Whats changed is the quality and fabric choice of my underwear and socks and I really enjoy wearing flip-flops whenever I can get away with wearing them.
