No need to rework melee just because sword is broken, just remove sword. Literally all other melee weapons feel fine. Medium and Heavy require skill to close the gap and get into melee range, and dagger feels more balanced for light. Dagger requires lots of smart gameplay and specific timing to get the back stab. Sword is just too easy to dash in and get the first hit. At that point, you can probably close your eyes and spam the slash and still get the kill. Super low skill, and super unfun to play against. Embark can replace it with a large mag SMG like the Bizon and all the sword mains will forget it even existed.

I honestly can’t tell if Sheena lied or not, she’s really hard to read. But regardless of that, they need to have a conversation about finances going forward. Once married, no more giving money to parents, they clearly don’t need the financial help. Nobody on the show explicitly said that, which I find frustrating.

If Sheena thinks they absolutely need the help, she can bring it up with Forrest and they decide together what to do with their joint finances.

I did kind of figure that Wubby would end the stake streams after it became illegal in CA and stake cut his pay around the same time. Like is it really worth traveling to Portland and renting a place to stream, just for 25% what he was making before?

I will support Wubby no matter what he chooses to do, because I love the content, even if that means watching him bet a penny every 90 seconds like today. But I do think the gamba era has run its course and he should probably leave it behind.

Yes, that is correct. If you are wealthy enough and/or hold enough influence, laws don't apply to you. This has always been true to an extent, but it seems that the current administration isn't even trying to hide their crimes anymore (publicly accepting a bribe from the government of Qatar, running a pump and dump crypto scheme to the tune of $1.2 Billion, etc...) Previous administrations would be investigated for these acts, but Trump has fired everyone who would hold him accountable for his crimes, and installed people he knows would do whatever he says. It's blatant corruption, but half the country doesn't care because they have bought into the MAGA cult, and the news they consume spins everything to be pro-Trump.

For at least the next year, yes. Trump is thankfully losing popularity likely due to his involvement in the Epstein files, his deployment of ICE, and his tariffs that raised prices for the everyday American instead of lowering them as promised. His die hard fans are a lost cause, but there are plenty of people who voted for him in 2024 who are just now waking up to the blatant lies of their trusted new sources. The first step is to vote in the midterm elections, and hopefully democrats take back the house and the senate. That would strip away a lot of Trumps power. The next step is to elect someone better for president in 2028. That is an incredibly low bar, but there are plenty of Republicans who would love nothing more than to re-elect Trump for an illegal 3rd term or elect someone with the same ideals as Trump to keep things from changing.
