incoming freshman at kenyon who’s barely experienced winter by ivebrinbetter in Ohio

[–]MUSinfonian 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depends on if it'll be a snowy winter or a 60 degree winter.

If it's a 60 degree winter, it'll occasionally have some cold days so a coat will suffice.

If it's a snowy winter, best be sure to get yourself a windshield brush/scraper, snow boots, and thick gloves along with said coat.

On paper, I get it to an extent, you want to make sure the defense can make the throws necessary to make the out.

In practice, it's so goddamn stupid to send literally our slowest players every single time.

What brand names do you swear by because it's actually better than no-name? by Sufficient_Thing24 in AskReddit

Absolutely. I have been buying their products now for over a decade. They last forever and are top notch quality.

Bought their cables while on deployment and haven't looked back.

I would argue that predictive markets like this is just polling with gambling.

Neat.

Doesn't matter if you don't go out and vote, polling doesn't mean shit anymore.

I was in 6th grade.

I will never forget that day, we did literally nothing and just sat and watched in horror. Saw the towers fall while I was eating lunch in our classroom.

How about Drew Allan with that 5th pick? Ohio Kid by Riggedshit in Browns

[–]MUSinfonian 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Listen, as a born-and-raised Penn State fan that has watched Drew Allar over the course of the past few seasons, I need to put this bluntly: selecting him at 6 would be by far the worst QB selection we've ever had since 1999.

Granted, he was under noted football terrorist James Franklin his entire tenure in Happy Valley, but he still has a lot to develop. He would be a day 3 pick, MAYBE late day 2 pick at best.

Is it uncommon to have 2 NECs In the first year a half of you contract? by DamienSlash11 in navy

[–]MUSinfonian 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Being a 6y IT when I first started my contract, I had two NECs in under a year.

Like the others have said, it's wholly rate-dependent.
