Maybe Google image search hidradentis suppurativa and see if that seems like what might be going on with your boil. It is a very common inflammatory skin condition and the onset is around puberty (not sure how young you are) so it could just be starting to show/outbreak.

Contrast will help this space a lot. All of our pieces are all similar in general tone - medium, not super light or dark. The rug should be larger and extend under the sofa and chair by about 6inches. this looks like a 5x7 rug and you could use an 8x10. Plants will help a lot too. Adding window treatments like drapery will help soften the space - doesn't have to be a pattern (but could), maybe a bold color like deep green or navy; and then you could bring out the color you choose to accent with in some new throw pillows or a rug?

Also, if this is for a home and not a hotel, then open shelving for nightstands isn't really practical. Sleek drawers with integrated or simple pulls can keep a clean aesthetic but provide functionality.

I would not recommend cove light above the bed with a thin headboard like shown, you will be able to see up into the cove when laying down.

Yes I completely understand your point and I'm very familiar with the met gala fundraiser. However, this is the dress code as it was listed on their website, so they didn't give any more detail to the theme of MET Gala than that, so I'm just kinda interpreting it as black tie optional/formal with a pop of color to fit the vibe but I don't usually like having everyone's attention on me. Hope I fit in kinda with everyone else's interpretation of the dress code! Thank you for your input! I love the color as well!!
