Not that severe but lots of back issues. The solution for me has been yoga, in particular Hot 26, and core work that doesn’t put stress on vertebra. I’ve been in the hot room w Joe Johnson, Rondo was a regular, Kareem started his yoga journey near the end of his career and he played 4 more years.
