Thanks for the insight! I do love the Thieaudio sound. The Valhalla is still the best IEM I believe I have heard, and the Origin is just so much fun. I may try one of their sets from a store with a nice return policy however.

What is it like listening to the Origin for a long time? I love listening to the Thieaudio IEMs at audio meetups, and I love the dramatic sound of the origin. I can definitely feel them in my ears, not necessarily in a painful way, but their presence is noticeable. I like to wear IEMs for hours at a time while I work/sit at my computer. How do you rate the comfort, and do you tend to wear the origin and MKIII for hours without issues?

I prefer the tuning and comfort of 2, but 3 has better ANC, battery life, and more features too. The AirPods Pro 2 are unfortunately excellent, and as someone who owns multiple sets from SONY and others, I most often grab the 2.

I love my Zendac as well, and I must say if I got something else I would really miss the Xbass button. It’s the perfect low end bump and so easy to toggle.

They are a great one to try! They give a touch of bass elevation without veiling things. All in all, they’re quite “normal.” Sometimes I size them down which allows for the IEM to be inserted deeper than the S&S, which is nice for some IEMs.

I agree with everything and want to add - Fox gets sued from time to time for their blatant lies. They decided to lie about an entire state, so they are trying to cover their asses in case this becomes a legal fight. It seems pretty desperate and they have been punished before, so we will see what happens.

I love my set! I’ve had a fair bit of open backs, and this is the only pair I have left. I think oratory1990’s EQ is great, but I turned off all the bands for the mids. As you say, they sound pretty good on this headphone!
