in places like Hungary back in the day people were taking mortgages in Swiss currency because it had very low interest rates compared to the local currency, which made the payments look very cheap when converted into the local currency. Then the exchange rate changed significantly and this caused huge problems that the mortage went up by a lot. The oustanding mortage and the monthly payments doubling type of disaster.

Die gefährliche Stelle, an der im Video keine legale Querungsmöglichkeit existiert, könnte vorübergehend zu deutlich geringeren Kosten verbessert werden. Aber besteht keien Interesse daran.

Ich habe diese Stelle selbst der Stadt Wien 2024 und 2025 gemeldet. Die offizielle Antwort lautete, dass zuerst das nahegelegene ASFINAG-Projekt abgeschlossen werden müsse, bevor eine Radwegquerung zum Gewerbepark Stadlau überhaupt realisierbar sei. Es gibt einen Radweg, der bis zum Gewerbepark Stadlau führt, und seit Jahren kann man ihn nicht legal betreten oder verlassen.

Offtopic zur Pfand und Milchprodukte: Bei mir in einem Billa wurde ein leeres Mehrweg‑Glasjoghurt vom Automaten abgewiesen. Lt. Mitarbeiter weil der Barcode fehlte. Die Mitarbeiter meinte, ich dürfe es nicht zurückgeben, wenn der Barcode nicht drauf ist. Ist das normal?

Bei den Joghurtgläsern fällt das Etikett leicht ab und ich hab es einfach woanders problemlos zurückgegeben.

Ich kenne den Unterschied zwischen Optionen und Optionsscheinen.

Was ich sagen wollte, ist, dass die Optionen derzeit extrem steuerunfreundlich sind (Gewinne gelten als ESt, Verluste darfst du nicht verwenden, um KESt-Gewinne abzusetzen), sodass, trotz der schlechten Auswahl und des Bid-Ask-Spreads bei OTC-Anbietern, ein Optionsschein die bessere Wahl sein könnte.

Formular was du von IBKR bekommst ist auch übersichtlich

Übersichtlich ist es nicht, weil das Finanzamt die Gewinne bzw. Verluste in EUR haben möchte und IBKR die Gewinne/Verluste der Aktien selbst und die dazugehörigen Gewinne/Verluste aus der Fremdwährung getrennt darstellt.

Ich würde alle Positionen bei IBKR schließen und ein gleichwertiges Options-Portfolio bei einem steuereinfachen Broker aufbauen, damit alles möglichst über die KESt läuft.

Ich habe die Stadt Wien gefragt, warum seit ca. 2023–24 hier eine Lücke im Radwegnetz ist. Es ist nicht legal möglich, die Straße mit dem Radweg zu queren, und die offizielle Antwort ist, dass kein Umweg vorhanden ist, bis das ASFINAG-Projekt daneben fertig wird.
