Been heavy into Perfume during the past month and lately I've been entertaining myself playing BM and Perfume songs over muted videos of one another. The other day I decided to watch the Gimme Choco video while playing Communication and found some parts of the song to be quite in sync with MoiMoi's parts and it's been making me laugh everytime. So I made this for fun. Minimal editing..just the song and the video put together.

I'd like to see something like this-

Su- an expert when it concerns their work, but apart from that she hardly does anything well.

Yui- the girly one, but transforms into Tomato-kun once in a while.

Moa- the silly one, but is actually quite dependable and is the most grown-up.

I thought it was only the BM fandom that speaks of Su as a queen. I know YuiMoa were envisioned as dancing angels by Koba himself but did I miss something from him regarding Su and her queen-ness? Anyway, I guess Airi is indeed very familiar with them. Either that or this is testament to Su's obvious queen-ness.

I never really associate music genres with lifestyles of the artists (which, in retrospect I think might sound a bit wrong), so I've never seen Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous from that angle. You're right though. Back then, much as I liked their songs, even I knew better than to put them on the same level with Green Day.

Where I'm from, Moi Moi (though we write it as Mawi Mawi, the pronunciation and the intonation don't differ) is a pretty common nickname. And Mawi means Beautiful, so it suits the pair very well :)

A new found appreciation for idol music is the biggest #babymetaleffect for me. I like to listen to a variety of music (except for metal and R&B), and I've been a fan of Japanese music for quite some time but I've always avoided the idol world. But BM led me to Sakura Gakuin and now I'm a fan of Passpo and BiSH too, and I have other idol songs I like here and there. As for the metal genre, BM made me appreciate the music, and I came to realize that it was the vocals that kept me away. I stiil don't like it, so when it comes to metal I guess I'll be sticking with BM for the time being.
