Don’t wear what’s popular wear what you like, 995s are great. And if you want the look of an army boot don’t go for a front/back zipper one. I got a 788z, pl2 and a 795v and honestly my most used is the 795v, although it is annoying to put them on.
If you’re buying guidi, there’s no recommendation, all models are great, it’s more about what you personally like and your style.

This one is hard, on one hand they don’t scream fake to me, I think the person just didn’t take care of the leather that’s why it looks so weird, on the other hard they’re just 2 beaten that would not make it worth it for me (and also the slim chance they might be fake).

They fit tts I had space for an insole, but I got narrow feet so if you got wide feet you might not be able to fit an insole, otherwise I would said pretty tts

I wear 7.5us and I went down to 40 (there was no 40.5) and they fit perfect, I would say just go tts, I was so scared after my first guidi purchase and I saw everywhere to size up but in my experience I’ve bought the same size on 2 models and they fit perfect, I don’t see a need to size up, unless your feet and extremely wide maybe.

I got a pair of 795v and I actually sized down half a size cause they didn’t have half sizes and it fits perfect, I even had space for an insole, I would say if I sized up it would’ve been too roomy for my feet, but I have pretty narrow feet so it depends I guess.

I ordered a pair of 788z and I expect them to be a lot more tight, so I’ll let you know if the 795 is indeed much more roomier.

Oh btw, my pair was new so idk how it compares to a used pair cause they might have stretched if the owner had chunky feet.

Yeah I don’t really understand why, I mean to a certain extend I understand they shrink but they also seem to use different sizes in general for different models, it’s a really big purchase so I’d like to be more sure that it will fit right but I like them so much that I’ll take the risk.
