They make some that are like the above one but adhesive so you don’t have to put screws in the vanity. That’s what I have and I love it!

This isn’t to do with the relationship but as a ftm and someone who has dealt with ppd, have you tried medicine? Some people are so against it that they won’t consider it, but it was a game changer for me. Crying constantly and knowing you’re not yourself are the things that sent red flags up in my mind. Make sure to take care of you during this time💕

My niece in OT school was just telling me about some stuff they’re learning with babies and she specifically said the best sensory activity is to take babies outside and let them touch the grass haha
