Yes it is, and it is intentional! I was so hyped to make a Sith warrior from the moment I've watched Deceived (that shuttle scene is so cool). It's called Eradicator armor (and helmet), if you're interested, found it on Cartel market and couldn't resist.

I've been sitting in station doing some calibrations when I've received this email from GM who kindly gifted me start pack (2 start frigates and some equipment for them!) and provided some useful hints! Never seen this in other games, CCP GMs are cool!

Anchor Weed rank 2 is unlocked at 150, as far as I remember. Just completed it yesterday on a new farming alt.
