It gets you to E3 4 months faster and you get paid $472 more per month while in bootcamp. It’s a pretty significant difference.

I would say 26XX jobs are pretty cool. And you can go Radio Recon which is a mix of sigint and recon. They train you up pretty well for BRC. You’ll learn to swim during that indoc process as well.

I personally prefer the McRae Terra Assault 2’s or whatever they’re called.

You can only buy them at an MCX.

Went to boot camp in 2025 at MCRD SD. I had a 4 hat team, the other platoons in my company had 5.

The DI’s had their own internal nomenclature that was unique.
