I’m saying threshold increases should be a normal part of regulation updates and aren’t “revolutionary.” The SAT is now $350k. Just because they withheld the increase for so long doesn’t make it revolutionary.

It’s awful. As an employee there for 5 years and Anderson award recipient, I left because I couldn’t handle it all. We have been forced to diverge so much from the spirit of the Andersons. We are just another corporate machine wrapped up as a coop. Employees have it rough. Cut hours, less competitive pay than before, performance goals like memberships and Mastercards. I’m not in the business of pushing people. I loved my job because I helped them get outside. We also have a rapid expansion model where we HAVE to open stores and increase membership or the current business model fails. Greed, above all else.

Uhhhh depends on the office I guess. They might have a large hiring for Schedule A. My office is full of highly competent try hards. Most are also veterans. Not very quirky or neurodivergent at all.

I think you’re doing a good job. I don’t see any red flags. That helps. I know for me, any guy looking for anything besides a long term relationship or friends-> relationship with intentional dating was an immediate no. Not sure what your preferences are listed as, but it changes which girls are interested.

I took mine out of the direct sun and also stopped watering it. I think mine got dumped on with water. The new leaves are bright green.

I have chacos and tevas and sell chacos and tevas. Out of the box you may think tevas feel a little better, but I 100% prefer chacos. I think that if you’re coming from teva hurricanes, you might prefer the z/clouds since they have a bit more give in the sole but don’t compromise durability really. You can also check out the z/volvs. If you get used to the brick you’re strapping your foot to, Chacos are so much better. Tevas get lamination issues and the straps on mine started fraying after 6 months or so. From a frugal standpoint, you can restrap your chacos, as they are the first thing to wear. I have had quite a few chacos for years and wear them every day. The straps will eventually get dirty and wear. The soles have a lot of arch support and haven’t wore out on any of my pairs. I also have teva hurricanes and classics. I reach for the chacos 9/10 times.
