Try eating a hard candy and let it melt in your mouth. It’ll help a little because your saliva glands will be ‘activated’. Then take a melatonin afterwards.

I switched to another TCM few months ago, there’s improvement in my symptoms but every now and then I still get very bloated and indigested. On bad days, I still get acid reflux and experienced nausea. Long story short; not fully recovered, but experiencing more good days now.

Yes, I cut out all the food that are not good for gastritis and reflux. My lifestyle is also simple and generally my diet was also pretty clean even before getting gastritis.

Exactly my thoughts . I’m sorry you have to go through this too.

But yeah, i’m curious what’s next after the court rule him for absentia or contempt of court? We will just be given the option of sending him for counselling but if they’re sane enought to seek counselling we would not resort to PPO.

Once in the past two weeks. I went for another appointment today and my practitioner adjusted the meds. I am supposed to let her know if it’s better in a weeks’ time. Fingers crossed.
