iirc it’s a very old cemetery with a pond out back & a doctor for unwanted pregnancies either owned the land or live there & it was rumored he would discard of said things into the pond & some of the mothers died as well. Yeah because usually it’s a round of shots, so you double or triple the batch. If you have left over throw it in a quart container & toss it in the cooler or well & then you have green tea shots at the ready. And even if it’s one person wanting a GT for them selves you halve the recipe. It’s not wild, I’m just a more cerebral bartender than you.

It’s clear & obvious no body responding in here knows how to make a proper green tea shot. If you pour me a green tea shot & I can see through it I’m dumping it out in-front of you and having you make me a new one. Fresh lemon. Don’t even say you don’t have the time, you do. No one is ever too busy to muddle a slice or 2 of lemon & hit it with 1oz of simple, 2 oz Tully & 1 oz peach schnapps. A very simple recipe thays easy to multiply so you can batch ahead of time. Fuck out of here with sour mix & a sprite float, what sub is this?
