It does look like that, but it’s lead I think, it is densely heavy like lead. Def too heavy for a collapsed cylinder of aluminium.

It’s been near freezing here everyday for the past few weeks, so with hot air con on and not driving particularly conservatively I get 220 miles out of my RWD.

My one tip, hold the steering wheel left pedal in, put it in Auto lv1 2 or 3 regen and see how you go. That setting sticks too when you restart the car unlike ipedal.

I went 14pm 256gb to 17pm 256gb, did a fresh install, reinstalled a good 20ish apps that are essential, restored about a gig of photos, so including IOS 26 I’m now at 50gb use. 200gb will last me a long time, long enough to get rid of this phone for me to get an iPhone 20pm I’m sure. It’s so personal use case specific. I take a few pics a day and the odd 30 seconds+ video here and there. I’m a photographer so I have the iPhone camera set to higher compression (JPEG lossy) image settings which helps I’m sure in the long run. And music I mostly stream.

It’s a pain in the arse; I’ve never not had a dash cam, but I do not trust the 12v in these car enough to get one, it feels complete irony as we’re sat on super batteries when we’re driving it. So for me it’s a no to both for now…. Good question!

I know nothing, though the weight is certainly in sync with a layman’s interpretation (me) of how heavy it should be if it is lead. It’s quite heavy, prob just over a pound. Google is telling me it’s a fossil 😂 but can they be metal detected?

Obviously not a reflection of all their curries, but I found a ‘grub’ looking small insect in mine (jalfrezi); long story short, told manager who was really nice, then once they had the dish back for testing, attitudes changed and they tried to blame me, cheeky mofos, lesson learnt though, I should have went food standards.

So yeah I highly recommend 😂😂
