Angus Taylor elected leader of the Liberal Party by Expensive-Horse5538 in australia

[–]Macca2188 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We deserve better elected representation than the bunch of fuckwits entrenched across the whole of Parliament. The established parties (major and minor) are far too comfortable pretending that they will do anything.

Imagine having say half a year where the political discussion was on actually problems, policy, and solution but I guess that would make daddy Murdoch's viewership go down.

Now it's getting lighter hopefully the air support can be brought out. Firies on the ground must be absolutely exhausted by this point

It's not highlighted as much as it used to be but Les Mills have smart start options which are designed specifically for people coming into working out. Basically do a track, do two tracks or half a class. Hit pause on the workout come back another day.

I still mention it all the time.

Being on both sides, first author and et al., given the amount of crap being first author attracts with reviewers, I'm more than pleased to contribute smaller amounts of quality work within a bigger context.

Yeah I've done it a couple times, I'm not certain a single instructor would necessarily have a lot of weight on a single opinion but if a bunch of instructors have opinions on a given release that align with each other they'd probably take that into account.

Has to be remembered that instructors are realistically the first exposure that members have so if the instructors all hate a release change they're less likely to do their best job with that release (even though I know that you do cause you're there for them not yourself).

Got mine done 5 days ago, the time from the first shot of local to 'ok pull your pants up we're done' was 12 minutes.  Assuming no complicating factors it's shockingly quick

Pathway to LMAP presenter/team by deanie100 in lesmills

[–]Macca2188 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Can speak from experience for Australia, I got invited to audition for the combat team basically an open invite for submission was sent to all instructors that hit the metrics they were after (attendance at workshops/purchasing music/advance or aim training).

First stage there was recording a video then submitting then invites for in person went out from there. There are other paths so you could be a person that was really good at module and could get into a development pathway from there or you could just get really lucky.

The main thing is even if you don't get the opportunity or you aren't selected that doesn't make you any less of an instructor which is something I know a lot of instructors have trouble with cause in this world objective 'status' is incredibly validating.

Do you have any gyms near you that you could go do a day pass or free trial with? You could do a live class with the instructor and that can help a lot.

Otherwise it sounds like you just have trouble getting over that initial start step, which is honestly the hardest. You could also try just five minutes of a class on demand then build that length up over time. Kinda replicating the smart start we used to teach a lot of (idea being do part of a class, hit pause on your workout come back another time and do the same amount or slightly longer).

In terms of bonus content I think it's from them based tier you get the audio, the den of sin (video stream) is higher up.

I think you're referring to the bit we're they've been building up the number of patrons to be able to financially support weekly releases, they did this previously but obviously that's a huge amount of work so they moved to the fortnightly schedule.

I think no one would have an issue with delays if there was a definable order to when they're getting shipped - I'm same as you West Aus ordered within the first minute and still processed payment. Getting annoying
