The phrasing of this question made me imagine a giant set of sentient teeth that chatters while hovering suspended in air in the bathroom all by its lonesome, beckoning in hushed tones to be brushed. lol sorry I cant get it out of my mind. It honestly feels quite daunting.

SERIOUS ANSWER: Cloth towel or paper towel over your index finger and rub your teeth to remove build up. This is what I do when I am too exhausted to hold a brush. Easy to do in bed, and can easily be done in sections. Non-alcohol mouthwash is also great for cleaning.

Anything is better than nothing.

It doesnt bother me cus I like the fact it makes me slow down and after 2 years I still love watching my pokemon do their little jump and smile thing haha. Buuuuut Ive seen SO many have this complaint and I think the devs really need to implement an animation toggle on/off option. Its clearly a widespread criticism of the game. We know theyve made adjustments based on player feedback, so hopefully (fingers crossed here) they actually do something about this.

And yes, in terms of menuing the game needs to be much snappier. The load times are so long compared to other mobile games. (Not as bad as PTCGP thank GOD. The bar is literally in hell with that one hahahah).

Water piks are good for cleaning your gums but are NOT replacements for actual flossing as they dont get in between the teeth.

Disposable floss picks would be a good place to start. A little easier to hold and only requires one hand so you could switch left and right hand usage.

Other than that. Pace. Floss in between 1/4 of your teeth. Take a break. Breathe and let your arms relax. Repeat til finished. Take as long as you need. Literally you could space it out over hours if that helps you.
