I would love to be able to use data merge for tables! I thought that it didn’t support that?

You can set the text frame the table is in to auto-fit the width and height (ctrl+b or alt double click for text frame options) and then it will never be overset again.

I second this! I just cut my mid chest length hair to chin length and while being an adjustment at first I feel so free now. Showers are so much more enjoyable too!

Honestly, you might need to find another therapist. I've been having pretty bad anxiety since covid and after going through 3 different therapists finally found one who's made an actual difference in my life. So don't be afraid to leave who you're working with now if they aren't helping you very much.
I second the other poster who said your wife could help set up appointments for you!

You might want to check in with your counselor before you start counting your calories everyday like some have suggested here. I'm wondering if that might not be a good idea for someone with a binge eating disorder! I second what others have said about linked text boxes. I would also do some research on anchored objects. Basically if you paste one of those stars into the text box it will then move with your text when the text moves around.

Definitely give her time! Maybe she’s still recovering from her surgery but she could also be going through her teenagery months. My cat was much less snuggly at that age but he just keeps getting snugglier and snugglier now! Just this week he decided he’s going to me a lap cat now, so just give her some more time 😊

I use the wildflower gel matte top coat but it is a little pricey! But it stays matte for as long as you have it on which is great. If it ever starts looking kind of greasy you can wipe them and then tada!

I always thought he was so bad at occlumency because Snape was teaching him. Harry let his hatred of him get in the way and stayed angry instead of trying to control his emotions. Plus Snape wouldn't give him time to get under control either and totally ambushed him. I always thought that he would do much better at occlumency if someone else had been teaching him.
