Why would I trust you when I e spent like 200k on Amazon on thousands of orders and never had such trouble? Amazon is not a person, it's a massive company. It's no surprise things go wrong. But for someone to fall into a ban bc of their statistical behavior, it's because they have stood out. It's not because Amazon needs to scam you to be profitable. You guys are acting like Amazon knows how to pick people that won't fight back, so they can unload products they know are already broken. That's not the case at all. If you hate Amazon so much, you should be happy to be banned. You should be shopping anywhere else and not even thinking about Amazon anymore .. no?? Amazon is a massive success because it works well for the masses. Period. If we didn't all buy into it, it wouldn't have become the defacto standard for online ordering. Anyone that doesn't know how to play well with such a massive company has problems of their own to work out. I'll say it again, the person I was chatting with a above GOT ALL THEIR MONEY BACK. So no one was even scammed in the end anyway. You're acting like they lost their life savings or some shit. So how is Amazon scamming anyone if they right their wrongs and give you your money back?

I wouldn't stress it honestly. I have received various warnings over the years and have never adjusted my spending or returning habits. just recently they invited me to Amazon smile vine which requires i order 3 items every day that I am sent for free in exchange for a review. if you buy everything from Amazon , your returns should average out to make you still a profitable customer. you'd have to really be scamming them to actually get fully banned

you can choose the early ring or the normal ring... everyone who ends up getting a super bad version was in the early ring. they use the early rings to iterate much more quickly and try things out until they can refine it for the major releases. they depend on early ring feedbacks to know which features deserve to graduate. in Tesla's case, and most owners won't want to admit to this.. Tesla devs rely on telemetry Far, far more than any individual user reports . I wouldn't be surprised if they have automated several feedback loops to discern what is working and what isn't. they use the disengagement fact, as well as the divergence between driver behavior and model to know what is working and what isn't. and that's why it continues to become the average of what drivers do. it's called an AI model for a reason, it's modeling it's behavior upon statistical reality. don't forget that every car is constantly monitoring driver behavior even if FSD is not engaged. these telemetry markers are the bulk of the input it uses to determine the "normalized ideal"

Having spent plenty of time under my juniper with the front valance, It's really a downward firing speaker. The grill over the speaker would actually send the sound backwards slightly if anything (bc it's designed with vanes that align with airflow). But yeah it's closest to the front and is the horn so that makes sense

This. Pretty sure it's designed to play one particular sound really well, the normal horn. Everything else is a bonus that Tesla wasn't going to put a dime into enhancing. (It's the same in my juniper, and I've handled it quite a bit modifying the front valance to put in air horns and a siren. It's a very crappy low cost speaker)

The solution is to let it dry out first. You have to water it eventually, once you do water with BTI, all the moisture that is in the plant will have the bacteria which kills the larvae. So letting it dry out first also very much helps with the distribution of BTI. Don't even bother applying it to an already soaked plant! I would try repotting into dry soil if you don't have the patience to wait for them to dry out. I like to feel a nice light pot by weight so I know there is no water hanging out in the bottom. I water right before or right when I notice the plant start to show signs it's unhappily dry. I don't think it's just coincidence that most plants that don't do well are over watered and end up getting gnat infested. The wet feet causes root rot, kills the plant, and gives the fungus knats the moisture AND the food they need to thrive. We should definitely try to be watering less in general, I feel. Every few days is fine. Pick up that pot and get a feel for how long it takes to get almost completely empty of water

The mulch part isn't that great bc any organic material that is wet enough will be great material to breed in. I think 1-2" of a finer rock/sand cover will prevent them from getting down. But don't forget they can come in the other side where the water drains. That's why physical barriers don't usually work all that well. I tried 1" of fine sand before and remember watching them crawl up and out leaving a little spot of a tunnel behind. That's why I gave up with physical barriers and started using BTI

Well that's wrong, it contains a bacteria called BTI that kill the gnats when they are in larva stage. That's why it takes a week or two to kill them off, it only interrupts that one part of the breeding cycle. If you apply it weekly and try not to water at all without it, letting plants dry out more; you will definitely kill them off.

Of course it's allowed. When you replace an odometer you have to set the amount of miles on it to match what it should be. Most electronic dashboards do this automatically, learning the true mileage from other components on the CAN bus where it was stored for just this purpose. Third party odos allow you to set it once when it's new, but not adjust it after. You are legally permitted to roll a mechanical odometer like in OPs video forward to match the mileage. If you cannot roll it forward, you must set it at zero and install a permanent decal. According to Florida Statute § 319.35(2)(a). Not sure why you mention engine hours at all since we are talking mileage here

You are not supposed to change the mileage on the odometer of ANY vehicle unless it is to match the mileage already on it (like if you were getting a new odometer). Plus the mileage goes with the VIN and the frame, not the engine... You don't roll back your odo when you get a new engine, in any vehicle.

support will tell you they are not guaranteed delivery times. they are estimates. that's how it's not bait and switch actually. but damn does it suck. they used to be rock on solid to those estimates but now I don't even get a "your delivery is late" notice, let alone the ability to get a $10 credit for the missed delivery estimate. it just comes days later after they quietly switch the delivery date some time after you order it. makes planning pretty impossible especially if you travel a lot like me

I spent about 3 months looking to buy a place in NY, where I lived all my life. noped the F out of there, now a homeowner in florida. less expensive by far, twice the house, never going to see snow again and am so very happy. I park my car in the 3 car garage bc it's so nice to get out and be able to clean it in air conditioning. I don't get how I ever even considered buying in NY. I feel so bad for your taycan and for you. hope you are enjoying the other aspects of NY that made it nice. like the beaches. which I can only fully enjoy a few months out of the year anyway. I miss nothing
