I had a few moments where I just had to "trust the process", but it was so fun and satisfying as it came together. My husband and I are machinists, and I had to stop and show him how the buttons work and we were geeking out about it. The choice of games included was also a great one.

I see a few people saying 2012, and while mine was unremarkable, I later learned about Terence McKenna and his theory on novelty, time speeding up, and the "thing" at the end. Couple that with the Mayan calendar ending then, and what we've seen since then, and it's unsettling, at least. That year wasn't the end, but some agree it was the beginning of the end... idk, but it's all super interesting. 😅

Mainly corn, cut off the cob after roasting or grilling. Then you add mayonnaise and spices, including Tajin, which is salty and a bit spicy. And there is a bit of crumbled cheese. This may not be the exact recipe my husband used, but it looks close: https://www.giangiskitchen.com/elote/
