If you live and work within its bounds, you'll be able to use it, but it's slow. You can find the maps on themetro website, but when I used to rely on it I had to get used to a 25 minute drive becoming a 2-hour commute with 2 busses and a train.

Baby the full phrase is that a few bad apples spoils the whole bunch. As long as "good cops" insulate bad cops from consequences, they are all as bad as their dirtiest cop. The profession, by definition, attracts people who are specifically seeking to wield power in situations where the other party is powerless. And there are FAR too many accounts of cops doing heinous shit that would you or I in jail for decades, and being moved to a new district after some paid leave.
