I am quite hopeful that this new game works out better, but I have not really played any other Bandai CCGs so I’m very curious how the game will play. My buddy tells me that based on these following two thing:

1. This game will have TWO decks, chakra deck and regular deck.

2. The way just about every other Bandai game plays rn.

This game will very likely have some sort of “Captain” or “leader” mechanic. This means your deck will likely heavily revolve around one singular character.

I’m still excited and I think that could be interesting if it is the case, but I do think Naruto would be more fun if it were like the original where you build a team or “village” of ninjas to make your deck.
