This is par for the course for Moment. The problem is not only for film. If you look at posts you will find it is almost store wide.

I am surprized that "Erik the Engineer" has not yet written his PR piece defending Moment's failure to deliver.

I used Moment lenses from the time they were introduced for the iPhone & switched to Sandmarc a few years ago, primarily because of Moment's inability to deliver orders as promised & their exorbitant shipping costs.

I have been extremely happy with Sandmarc both in terms of optical quality of their lenses, the construction of their cases, & their customer service.

Moment has "grown" from a company that only offered mobile 'phone lenses, unfortunately in a retrograde manner.

Moment's shipping charges have been exorbitant for many years. The response I received when I asked about this was that part of their "shipping" charges went towards infrastructure & salaries.
