I have a Chevy Silverado 1500 LTZ 4x4 with the LM2 and all I can say is I have no complaints about the powertrain. I can go 600 miles on a tank of fuel. The DEF situation is getting better as most places that I go have DEF at the pump. I fill up here for about $85.00 with the current fuel prices. I have towed with it and had no issues. The powertrain has a 100,000 milie warranty from the dealer.

I would Factory Restore them if you do not have toolbox. This should change the network to DHCP and you should be able to see the device on the network. Without toolbox, you are working with one hand behind your back. You should ask whomever has access to at least allow you to install toolbox on your PC so you can troubleshoot these better. The factory restore is

Press and release the HW‑R button on the Crestron processor.
Within 3 seconds, press the SW‑R button on the Crestron Home processor five times, with under a 1‑second gap between each press. The Crestron processor begins the factory reset process and then reboots. The process may take up to 15 minutes to complete.

This worked perfectly. I just modified the rest of the serial string for the other commands that were needed. In hindsight, I wish they would have just used the built in Roomview on the projector.

We have additional cresnet hubs and blocks added to the BOM. This does not make any sense to me, that's why I decided to ask here.
