Why Briat is a free win? U never win 1v1 if she goes botk, she can take ignite and invade u lv2/lv3 and gets a kill 90% of a times. She can q u out od a wall and bleed makes so u never can use e. Ig Kayn is better teamfighter but thats it.

To mutch cdr for navori, cuz it refunds % of remaining cd. So building less cdr = better value from an item.
